My excuses: too much travelling and my girlfriend. Soon the order will switch, and I hope the too much travel will vanish. (Still, I hope my girlfriend won't, but then again, she won't ban GW.)

Well, holiday may be over, but that means new everything. That means no internet in my new house, still. Only this connection siphoned from the good folks next door. I have the feeling that the release of nightfall may bring back some old bunnies, as well as introduce some new players entirely. But of course, this will never address the core problem: guildwars is old news now. And non-players don't have monthly subscriptions to keep them guilty about NOT playing.
Oh, and about the kicking, I don't follow how kicking inactive members will provide more bunnies to play with. Unless of course it is the long list of dull red names that gets you depressed. Kicking will not commence until we start running out of space for new bunnies. If an old bunny comes back, I want them to be just that: a bunny.

It's the long list of inactive members I'm not depressed but pissed off about. I understand that a few of you have problems, I really understand that. But there are others who just up and disappeared, and I suggested to kick them. Still, I understand that kicking out inactive members does not mean that we will get new ones, but a long list of inactive members can discourage new ones... and encourage inactivity in new members' cases. I do sound tyrannical, mean and un-bunnyish, but frankly, I don't really care. I miss having a party to do a mission. I even miss being able to help out bunnies, and no, leveling up is not something I ever want to do. Doing a few easy Canthan quests are better levelers than I am. So. Do what you will, but I am dissatisfied. I wanted you to know that, and wanted you to care enough to try to do something about the inactivity which has taken hold of the guild. (I know Alice is trying, and I really appreciate that, but it does not seem to work miracles.)

It's probably just a pre-Nightfall slump in activity. There's only so many times you can play through the same story-line (although to be honest I havn't even finished prophecies campaign... or factions... God I wish my computer was fixed T_T). When the new expansion's released it'll pick up again. Untill then... I know two other bunnies that need to finish prophecies. And I need to get Brass Phoenix to the end of factions. Yosh! I shall start a new quest today. Today I shall start my quest to finish Prophecies! Although three missions is hardly a quest... but one step at a time

i understand how you feel a long list of inactivity does look a bit tempting for members to take a break *cough* . however people will play when they wanna play... thats the impression i get with GW . over the summer i had a sudden GW spur and for a whole two weeks i played near non stop. then nothing, i lost the drive and now back to inactivity . you cant force/scare people to play any game especially this one where its free .

Well I've been busy with the army in the past month, then got leave to go on a holiday with my family for two weeks on a short notice
I really do understand you, Hatter, as the rising inactivity in the guild really made the game less enjoyable to me, but I agree with Reg's approach on the matter.
As for myself, sorry for not being here, hopefully you'll all see me more during the next weekends...I already have a couple of goals to reach before nightfall (100% tyrian explorer title...grrrr)Notice the soothing blue color of my post...notice it! now!

So click to highlight it, numbmnuts Anyway, I know I'm right now, because Mr. Quint came back after a huge absence, and was overjoyed to find he was still a bunny after all that time. So, I ain't gonna be kicking old people (You're right, it just ain't bunnyish), but I will keep my watery pink eyes and floppy ears open for new blood attracted in by the smell of the desert.

Well, I did something horrible. My distraction is a distraction for an another Bunny as well. I mean it results in a lesser amount of GW for the both of us. Believe me, it was highly unexpected, but it happened and I won't say I'm not happy about it . Not much of an excuse but I wanted to play less anyway. With the coming of Nightfall I think we will play more frequently, or at least, I will try, 'cause I just got to have those cute heroes. ;D For those who don't know the other Bunny is Eleanor (IGN: Rosa Atra, Lady Sigil, etc.).

Yeah well... I won't say it anymore. I made my point, I'm still angry and sulking, but I'm still not forcing anybody to do anything. I decided to ditch inactive guildies and play with Amp members. Can't say I have already forgiven the bunnies... Just don't be surprised if you find yourself without a monk - when both the bunnies and the Ampers need one. Oh yes, I can sulk and hold a grudge like no one else.

I can understand your point, and all I can say, it's a good decision. We're mainly allied to AMP so we have more opportunities for a group, so playing with them is encouraged.

Do as you like, Fonz, but I still maintain you can't punish anyone for getting on with things other than Guildwars. It is still, at the end of the day, a computer game.
Bet you never thought you'd hear you mighty leader saying THAT, huh?

Hi bunnies! Just a quick post to let you know that I will be absent from the game for a bout a week. I hopefully will only be away for a few days, but thought I should let you all know. You can contact me through MSN but I will only be checking occasionaly, so I cant guarantee you will get an answer. see you all soon and hopefully in Nightfall

No (serious) offence meant, but Smeg... it's a computer game you can play with others. There are missions you cannot do with henchmen. That's why I had a need for... living people. Too bad the guild I belonged to was offline. Still, now I can use the heroes, so I won't whine that much. Just don't expect help when I'll have my über-intelligent, mighty heroes at my beck and call. Yep. Still sulking.
Oh, and by the way, I never thought of, or called it a punishment. Do you have a guilty conscience or something?
